Mr. Sasha Huber is an experiment and a performance. I regularly hear that people who don’t know me personally assume that some of my artworks (mostly the stapled ones) must have been created by a man, also since my first name is unisex. I found this investigation fascinating. How different is a piece of art if it is made by a woman or a man? I decided to temporarily transform myself from a woman into a man by leaving my comfort zone and cutting off my hair, which has always been long, and dressing as a man.
